Therapist’s Statement
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, trying new recipes, traveling, and spending time with my husband and daughter. I especially love baking cookies, cakes, and fruit crumbles—any birthday or celebration is the perfect excuse to bake something special! Lately, I’ve also enjoyed experimenting with homemade pasta dishes, with chicken broccoli Alfredo fettuccine being one of my favorites. When I travel, I’m happiest anywhere near the water, whether it’s a beach, lake, or natural spring.
I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults better understand themselves and find the support they need through therapy and psychological testing. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I value getting to know each person’s unique experiences and cultural background, and I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that builds hope and fosters growth. Together, we can increase self-awareness, identify your strengths and values, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
