Therapist’s Statement
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), relational, and humanistic perspectives. I believe that therapy is most effective when it honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and helps individuals connect more deeply with their values and authentic selves.
I have a special interest in the mind-body connection and in helping clients explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are interwoven. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can feel fully seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and work toward building greater emotional balance, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility.
I value authenticity, compassion for self and others, and the healing power of genuine connection. I also believe that a little humor and lightness can go a long way in the therapeutic process. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to live.
