Biography

Josh is currently a counseling student at the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling at Concordia University Irvine, where he is pursuing advanced training in clinical counseling. The Townsend Institute emphasizes a relational and holistic approach to growth, equipping students to work effectively with individuals, couples, and families.

Therapist’s Statement

I approach counseling with warmth, respect, and collaboration, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences without judgment. For clients who desire it, I will integrate faith into the counseling process; for others, therapy can remain focused on practical, evidence-based strategies.

As a developing clinician, I am committed to ongoing learning, supervision, and ethical care. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, clarity, and a stronger sense of purpose.
