Therapist’s Statement

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment journey. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and helping individuals and families navigate challenges with confidence, clarity, and hope.

My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and a holistic understanding of wellness. I strive to meet patients where they are, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to every stage of life and overall well-being. My Christian faith has also shaped the way I care for others, influencing my commitment to compassion, grace, and treating each person with dignity and respect. When desired by patients, I welcome the opportunity to have thoughtful conversations regarding the intersection of faith and medicine as part of a whole-person approach to care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our growing family of boys. While my specific hobbies are evolving as I’m adjusting to motherhood, I have found that I value anything that helps me slow down in the midst of a fast paced world — whether that be enjoying a great cup of coffee, getting lost in a book, spending quality time with good friends, or traveling somewhere that helps foster connection with those I love, ideally anywhere warm and sunny!
