Therapist’s Statement

Drawing from my own life experiences—including over 20 years as a stay-at-home mom and my journey as an eight-year breast cancer survivor—I approach counseling with empathy, faith, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe the counseling process should be tailored to meet each individual’s needs and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing and hope.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy life with my husband, Eric, and my four adult children, along with a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law. I enjoy family board games, traveling to explore new foods and cultures and spending time outdoors. I also love reading, art, meaningful conversations, and a good sense of humor.
