At Family Legacy Counseling, group therapy offers a powerful way to grow, heal, and connect with others who share similar challenges and life experiences. In a small, supportive setting (typically 6–10 participants), group members meet regularly with a trained therapist to explore shared issues such as:
- Grief
- Anxiety or depression
- Anger management
- Codependency
- Substance abuse
- Eating disorders
- Recovery from childhood abuse
Led by an experienced therapist, group members share openly, gain insight, learn new coping skills, and receive support and encouragement from others walking a similar path. Group therapy creates a safe, confidential space to explore emotions and relationships while working toward healing.
Group therapy can be a stand-alone option or a valuable addition to individual counseling. Whatever your journey, joining a group can remind you: you are not alone.
Check back often as new groups are added seasonally.
